Papanui Point

Greetings Everyone - Join us on Sunday as do a road trip to Papanui Point and Ruapuke Beach, south of Raglan. Afterwards we will visit a local winery.
This event has more driving than normal - some on gravel roads.

On a bright summer’s day, we set out from the Ruapuke Beach parking lot, following the road and the rugged coastal track toward Papanui Point.
The ocean breeze and sweeping views make the walk unforgettable, and we pause for a relaxed lunch overlooking the waves. Returning to the car park, the afternoon is spent wandering the sands, exploring tide pools, and soaking in the warmth until 15:00.
With the sea air still clinging to us, we drive inland to Barrelled Wines, where local vintages await. Tasting the region’s flavors, we savor the perfect blend of adventure and leisure before heading home fulfilled.
