A welcoming hour for people 60+ to feel steadier on your feet, breathe more deeply, and refresh your mind.
We’ll combine very gentle mobility, balance practice (chair options available), simple energy (Qigong) flow, and a calm finishing meditation.
You’ll experience
- Light joint and spine mobility to reduce stiffness
- Safe balance drills to build confidence (with/without chair)
- Belly breathing for calm focus and better sleep
- A short guided meditation to feel clear and centred
What to bring
Comfortable clothes, a water bottle. Chairs and mats provided. Free parking onsite.
