Yoga, Meditation, Exercise, Socialising - doing any or all of these is great. Do you know what else is good for you? Doing nothing. Resting. Together.

We all know resting has been squeezed out of our culture. We also know instinctively that it is healing for us. It really is a necessary part of being human, and being together with others is also our natural state.

So join us to rest together for a time. We will begin with getting to know each other a little (otherwise, you know, resting with strangers. How weird would that be?). Then we'll have a short mindfulness meditation, five minutes or so. Then we'll rest. Together. Just rest. However you like. That's all.
