Glow Mamas is for mums to meet other mums, form friendships and to move their bodies!

Introductory class is 10NZD. After that it will be 20NZD per class for a 4 week programme!

We're all about supporting each other through the wild ride of motherhood with a weekly dose of Pilates-based movement! This is your time to glow in your new motherhood era!

Whether you're navigating the newborn haze, craving adult conversation, or just want a reason to leave the house in leggings — this is your space.
