This Thursdays workout is:

1.5km warmup, followed by some dynamic warmup exercises.
4 x 5 mins @ 10K pace, 2 mins jog between.
Probably a 1.5km loop warm down if there is time.
Meet at the Wintergarden cafe on Kiosk Rd at 6:30am
