Details

Hi everyone, really pleased to announce that we will be running our next Sitecore User Group on August 23rd, from 10am-3pm, with a number of Digital and Technical streams, presentations by customers, partners and Sitecore.

The Agenda will include:

Plenary Session:

Southern Cross Healthcare

Nigel Cherrie – Digital Manager

Nigel will be sharing with us a few of his focus areas since joining Southern Cross Health Society late last year, including Customer Experience design, personalisation and relevance framework, Performance of the Web, Google and Sitecore Analytics as well changing the mind-set of development from a technology focus to experience delivery.

Stackla

Brooke Cerfontyne – Senior Account Exec

Putting user-generated content at the heart of brand marketing

Brooke will be showing us why Marketers use Stackla (integrated to Sitecore) to aggregate and curate the best user-generated or branded content from 30+ data sources—including every major social network, RSS feeds, and direct user uploads—with powerful rules engines and moderation controls. Marketers can then publish these curated content feeds to live event displays, websites and mobile apps, emails, paid ads, competition hubs, or data visualizations.

Business Breakouts:

FuseIT and Sitecore

Terry Humphris – CEO at FuseIT, Nik Hendell, Solutions Consultant at Sitecore

The ability to deliver personalized, targeted experiences to customers is one of the most important features you can gain from an integration between your CRM and Sitecore, as it aids in campaign management, customer service and conversion rate. Terry will be talking us through this in more detail with FuseIT’s Salesforce integration, whilst Nik will also be showing us a live example with MSFT Dynamics.

Technical breakouts:

AKQA

Bruce Davis-Goff – Sitecore Consultant and Sitecore MVP

Bruce has recently returned from SUGCON 2017 in Amsterdam. He will be sharing some exciting lessons learnt from what is considered to be “The must-attend Sitecore developer conference” in the world.

Cucumber Software

Ryan Tuck – Senior Sitecore Developer and Sitecore MVP

One Click Automated Deployments - using Jenkins, TDS, and AWS CodeDeploy

This will be held in Auckland and we will run separate User Groups in both Auckland and Wellington in November this year after Symposium.

Thank you to DATACOM for volunteering their new premises in the Wynyard Quarter to host us - https://tinyurl.com/yb43fzeu

Attendance is free and morning tea & lunch will be provided by Sitecore.
