Hi all
This is a Skeptics NOT IN a pub. Unfortunately, our usual venue - The Juice Bar - has now closed its doors and is shut, for the long term, it would seem. We are looking for a new venue - but any suggestions will be gladly accepted.
Anyway, we have an international speaker this month. In conjunction with the NZ Association of Rationalists and Humanists (NZARH), we present John Richards from the UK. John is a board member of Atheist Alliance International, which is currently undergoing some "regeneration" and he'd like to tell us about all the goings-on.
Because we're at Rationalist House, there is no beer, but we'll hopefully have some refreshments provided. It's a fairly cramped space so we really have to limit the numbers to under 50 people - so be in early.
