Details
This will be the third of 3 seminars on Behavioural Psychology.
I’m not a psychologist. I’m an engineer trying to work out WTF is going on! I want your feedback as we explore the following issues:
- Why do people belief what they believe?
- In spite of obvious contradictions
- How did we get here?
- Are we being manipulated? (Seminar 1)
- Why do people behave as they do?
- Understanding our Behaviour (Seminar 2)
- Where do we go from here?
- How to have Difficult Conversations (Seminar 3)
For Seminar 3 we'll go through:
- 10 Obstacles to People Listening
- Do’s and Don’ts for Reaching People
- Checklist for Good Conversations
- Managing Objections
- How to make a well-structured claim
I'll record my presentation for upload to my YouTube channel, which will last around 25-30mins. (Please switch off your camera and microphone).
The presentation will be followed by a discussion and a general Q&A. (This part will not be recoded so cameras and microphones can be switched back on.)
