Surfing at Muriwai

• Meet and surf in Muriwai, one of the friendly and patrolled West Coast beaches. This is NOT a lesson. We will meet and surf together, which is a lot of fun and safer than being out alone.

• All surfers and abilities are welcome. Please note that you are personally responsible for your own safety at all times.

• What to bring: wetsuit and surfboard (or arrange to borrow them or hire from Muriwai Surf School). Refreshments, some food and very importantly sunscreen.

• Important to know:

This may be an "unhosted" event. Just go along and introduce yourself to the others. Meet outside the Muriwai Surf School at the meeting time.

Post on the discussion if you would like to carpool. If you are getting a lift then please offer your driver some petrol money/ buy them a pie etc.
