Join us for a relaxed Tai Chi and meditation gathering in Auckland! This workshop is open to beginners and experienced practitioners alike. I’m still learning myself, so this is a friendly space where we can practice together, share ideas, and enjoy gentle Tai Chi movements, push hands exercises, and calming meditation.
We’ll move at a comfortable pace, focus on simple techniques, and explore the relaxing and energizing effects of Tai Chi and meditation. This is a great opportunity to meet like-minded people, practice together, and support each other in our Tai Chi journey. Everyone is welcome – come as you are and enjoy practicing with us!
