Looking for a fun way to get fit, hit tennis balls, and meet new people?
Join us for Cardio Tennis at Te Atatū Tennis Club — a high-energy, music-driven workout that combines tennis drills with cardio fitness. No experience needed!
🕖 When:
Fridays Fornightly | 7:00–8:00 pm
👉 Followed by a casual social wind-down from 8:00–8:30 pm
What to Expect:
- High-energy cardio tennis drills
- Fun, inclusive environment (all abilities welcome)
- Low-compression balls
- Great music to keep you moving
A relaxed chance to stay, chat, and meet people after the session
🥤 After Tennis (Optional): We usually hang around for about 30 minutes after the session to socialise.
Soft drinks and ginger beer will be available to purchase, and you’re welcome to bring your own drink.
$ Cost: $15 per session
