An introduction to Value Stream Management

It’s probably best if we introduce VSM first to get the conversation going and that will allow us to better explore future directions.

ABOUT GARETH EVANS

Gareth is a co-founder of HYPR and a champion of contemporary digital architectures, lean software delivery and lean portfolio management. He’s also one of only two SAFe SPCTs in New Zealand. He’s perfectly positioned to understand the potential for VSM and how it will impact software delivery in the coming years. Gareth is a regular speaker at NZ and international events.

ABOUT AJAY BLACKSHAH

Ajay is a SAFe trainer and Value Stream Specialist at HYPR. He's held leadership roles in physical and digital delivery across infrastructure, ops, services and product. He's currently working in New Zealand's largest VSM engagement and enjoying being at the coalface of implementing this innovative practice.
