Thought is Creative

Details
We are continuing with online meetings for the time being with the uncertainty of lockdown levels, this also gives us an opportunity to have a guest presentation with Patricia Wylie. Some of you already know her from the group before her relocation to Taupo, or the online sessions.
THEME: THOUGHT IS CREATIVE
Have you noticed the repetitive nature of your thoughts / beliefs you don't want, permeating your consciousness at times? Sometimes we are consciously aware of these beliefs and endeavour to change them / turn them around. But with some, we don’t even know they are operating until we keep getting a result we don’t want. These thoughts / beliefs are often in the unconscious mind and may have been “installed” in utero, at birth or in early childhood.
For this circle, we will address the creative nature of thought. Bring along a thought, belief or a repetitive pattern that you are aware you no longer want and would like to clear. Patricia will facilitate a session, to guide us into finding where the belief began, that keeps giving us the results in life we don't want. Once sourced, we can then choose a new thought that is more in line with what we do want. She will also guide us through a short conscious connected breathing session to help integrate the new thought / belief about self.
