Energy Dynamics of Energy Healing

At the end of last year I was asked to do a session on Energy Healing. I realised that although I have been doing various classes and circles and never actually shared much about what I do. So here it is.
The goal of Energy Medicine is to optimize health by stimulating the body’s own natural healing intelligence. Through removing stagnant and diseased bioplasmic energy, blocks and leaks in the energy system, we can reignite the bodies’ natural healing response. In this session we'll go into some of the aspects of energy healing from my perspective and training. And, because experience is the best teacher we'll do some practice on the basics of how to see and feel energy.

To all the wonderful woman who have joined this group, I am going to have a little rest from organizing the circles. In my personal spiritual development that I have been working on, in the past couple of years, is to understand the divine masculine and the divine feminine. How to find balance and unity in those aspects within me. It kept coming to my attention that my masculine side was underdeveloped. This is still something I am learning, but as the outer reflects the inner, it no longer resonates with me to be running a female focused group. So, while I am working on this. I have decided to put it aside for the time being, and whatever I am offering will be open to all, without gender identification. My main focus will be on the Explorations into Energy & consciousness group that I run. This event is part of that group.
