The goal of this group is to create a welcoming and mindful community where people can reconnect with their bodies, reduce stress, and cultivate balance through yoga. We focus on movement, breath, and presence, offering a space to slow down and enjoy well-being in nature.
We hope to meet people of all backgrounds who are interested in yoga, wellness, and conscious living. Beginners and experienced practitioners are welcome. This group is ideal for anyone looking to move their body, meet like-minded people, and enjoy yoga in a relaxed, friendly environment.
At our events, we will practice yoga sessions suitable for all levels, usually held in parks and outdoor spaces around Auckland. Classes include mindful movement, breathing exercises, and guided relaxation. Participants only need to bring their yoga mat and an open mind. Some sessions may also include wellness tips and moments for connection after class.
