This isn’t just a meal; it’s a ritual of good fortune. We’ll be shredding, mixing, and preparing fresh vegetables, crispy beancurd, and a signature sweet-and-tangy sauce. We’ll stand together for the "Prosperity Toss," raising our chopsticks high to welcome luck, health, and happiness for 2026.
