AuDHD Art Circuit (Create & Share)

A casual dedicated space to create and share your art with other AuDHDers! Think of it like body-doubling for creative time + an optional sharing opportunity. No expertise needed! Feel free to draw, paint, write, color, cook, make music, or anything else that strikes your fancy!

Who is this group for?

• Adults with autism and/or adhd. Self-diagnosis is valid and included!
• Adults exploring the possibility that they may have autism and/or adhd. Hanging out in AuDHD spaces can be an important and helpful part of the self diagnosis journey!

Structure:

• Host (Taylor or Sam) will introduce themself, explain the structure and offer an optional prompt for inspiration if you need it.
• First 45-60 minutes will be silent creation time.
• After the creation time is over, we'll open the space for sharing the art (completely optional).
• Any remaining time will be free social/support time.

Accessibility & Comfort: Verbal/visual participation is welcome, but not required. Live transcription/closed captioning available. You're welcome to come and go as feels comfortable. You may participate to whatever extent and in whatever format feels best that day. Lurking with no direct participation is totally allowed too! Feel free to message host with any additional accommodation requests :)
