Welcome to WY AuDHDers – Adults with Autism & ADHD in West Yorkshire 🌈
We're a community for adults who identify with autism and/or ADHD (including ADD), whether formally diagnosed, self-diagnosed, or just beginning to explore neurodivergence. Based in Wakefield and welcoming folks from across the surrounding areas, we aim to create a safe, affirming space where you can genuinely connect with others who get it.
Our vibe is low-pressure, friendly, and grounded in mutual support. Whether you're here to:
- Find meaningful friendships
- Share experiences, strategies, or niche interests
- Learn to self-advocate
- Just feel seen and understood
