A Beat Battle is happening this Saturday! Flex your music production skills or just come to enjoy the vibes. All are welcome.
📆 When: Every First Saturday
📍 Where: Temple Grounds | 1650 W Temple St, Los Angeles, CA 90026
⏰ Time: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Battle Format:
- 9:00 - 9:30 AM: Roll in, get a drink and grab the sample of the day.
- 9:30 - 10:30 AM: Make your beats!
- 10:30 - 12:00 PM: Showcase your creation and get real-time feedback from a jury of your musical peers. Touch grass.
Must-Knows:
- Sample Incorporation: A specific sample must incorporated into your beat.
- Time Cap: Keep your beats to 1 minute or less.
- Gear: Bring your laptop and headphones (no loud instruments unless specifically allowed please).
What Else to Bring:
- 💵 Some cash to support our gracious venue with a drink purchase.
- 🎧 Your energy and creativity for an open collaborative space.
