Hello, I am hosting an event called Nerds in the Park on August 2nd at Magic Island, from 10am to 2pm. If your organization would like be an exhibitor, let me know. It's a free event, no exhibitors fees or sales allowed. We will be having a plant share and an e-waste collection event as well as commitments from Sea Grant/CTHAR, The 501st Legion, Cosplayers of Hawaii, Battery Bill, Scouting America Aloha Council, Olelo Community Media, Long Spoon/Crop Swap, and more.
Please let me know if your organization can attend, I just need a logo for the website. You would need to bring your own tent, tables, and chairs and possibly a COI if your exhibition could potentially cause damage.
