AWCG Critique meet - Polish to Publish edition

This event is for writers looking to submit their manuscript for publication to a specific magazine, contest, literary agent, or publisher in the immediate future.

Submission guidelines:

• RSVP to event. Submissions from non-RSVP'd members will not be considered. Only attendees receive the join link and only attendees receive the submissions for critique.
• No more than 5000 words (if longer, mark where 5000 words ends in the doc)
• Include the link to the submission call on the title page of the manuscript.
• Submit manuscripts to mpankey310@gmail.com as an attached word document.
• Include "Polish to Publish" in your subject line so I know you are submitting to this event.
• Deadline: Wednesday prior to the scheduled meetup.
• NOTE: If you are actively submitting your novel-length manuscript to agents, you may submit the first 5000 words here for critique as well. Please include a link to the agency/agent you plan to query with your submission.

Critiques are accessed by participants via google drive. The link will be sent out by Thursday from meetup. **NOTE: this email contains a hyperlink and is frequently filtered to junk folders.

This is a collaborative critique. Please be courteous as you provide feedback, and prepare to discuss one main point about each submission during the meeting.

Please only submit if you have selected a publisher in mind to submit to. Most writers intend to eventually publish their writing. This event is for writers who plan to publish now and need that final polish to see their intention become a reality.
