Our meditation room is warm and welcoming, with a range of seating options—chairs, cushions, and meditation stools—to suit your comfort. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring clean socks, as shoes are not worn inside for hygiene reasons.
To help create a peaceful atmosphere, we have a designated area for bags and jackets. We recommend leaving valuables at home.
