Move Away from the Comfort Zone – Workshop on Fear & Entrepreneurship

Stepping into entrepreneurship means stepping into the unknown. Fear is often the invisible force that holds us back — from starting, from growing, from daring to do things differently.

In this interactive workshop, we’ll explore:

• What fear really is and how it shows up in entrepreneurship.
• The difference between fear that protects you and fear that sabotages you.
• Practical ways to deconstruct your fears so they no longer control your decisions.

The workshop is divided into two parts:

1. Theory (short talk): Lessons I’ve learned over a decade of exploring fear and failure in entrepreneurship, including insights from my book Fear Enough.
2. Workshop (interactive): Participants will reflect on fears that might be limiting them. We’ll ask for volunteers to share their stories with the group and receive supportive feedback. This way, the audience can act as an echo chamber, helping each person see their fears from new perspectives.

This is a space for aspiring and new entrepreneurs who want to move forward with more clarity and courage. You don’t need prior experience — just curiosity and openness.
