Waterfall to Heathcote via Uloola Falls

Tackle one of the Royal National Park's beautiful trails - a classic train-to-train bushwalk. Starting from Waterfall station, the track follows the Uloola Trail through heathland and forest to the beautiful Uloola Falls. From there, it's a rocky descent to the famous Karloo Pools, the perfect spot for a refreshing swim. t's a challenging and rewarding day out in the Aussie bush. This is a one-way walk, conveniently starting and ending at train stations, you can leave the car at home. Make sure to pack your swimmers for Karloo Pools!
We'll meet outside Waterfall Station.

Distance: Approx 13 kms
Type of Walk: Bush walk + Walking Track + Road.
Difficulty: Hard.
There are a few get-out points for this walk.
Walking Pace: We will maintain a steady pace the whole walk and an average of 4 km per hour.
What to bring: Good walking shoes or boots; 2 litres of water; hydrolytes; head torch; Plenty of snack; jacket (it'll be cold); Gloves; rain jacket.
