Loftus, Honeymoon Track,Kangaroo Creek,Reid Flats

Join me at Loftus Station and walk down the fire trail along the tram lines to the Honeymoon track and down the steps to Audley. We then walk across Varney’s Brigde and up the steps and on a dirt track . We come to metal steps and then make our descent down to Kangaroo Creek for our first swim and lunch.

After lunch we head back up the steps and across to Audley. There is a cafe there, where you can purchase cold drinks, coffee etc.
We will then walk over to Reid Flats for our second swim.
We then head back to the Honeymoon track for the steep climb up and back to Loftus Ststion

Distance 12 km Bring ya Swimmers!
Please wear sensible shoes, bring water, food, sunblock, bug spray.

SAFETY WARNING: Please stay away from cliff edges and be very careful when walking on wet and slippery rocks and surfaces. Please stay within sight of the group at all times and do not walk in front of the leader. If you get lost you are on your own and must find your own way out.
