We're back and this Meet Up could not have come at a better time. Summer is coming and if you are a new first home buyer? or investor? The question on everyone's lips is "should i buy or wait". If you want to know the answer then you must come along to this Meet Up.

Presentation #1 : Why and Where the Housing Market is heading.
I have heard a lot of people try and explain why property prices have fallen using the standard Supply / Demand model. Although partly correct we will look at lending policy to explain why the market has slowed. Then answer that reclusive question will the market "increase" or "decrease" over the next 12 months.

Presentation #2 : 101 of Lending for First Home Buyers.
Did you know it is the lender that chooses the customer and not the other way around. At the end of this talk you will be equipped with a basic understanding of what is required to purchase a home. Also you will learn a little trick on how a lender works out serviceability.

Presentation #3 : We will either have an external presentation from a local "Conveyancer", "Real Estate", "Buyers Agent", "Actual Bank Rep" or "Sports Health". I am excited to see which one will present.
