Intro ride - Richmond Park - lower ability average speed 20km/h

We are meeting in front of Colicci cafe at Richmond Park at 08.00 am.

Leave time: 08.15 am

Must have:
- Helmet
- Spare inner tube, tyre levers and pump
- Cash/card
- Nutrition and hydration
