Intro ride - from Richmond Park to Shepperton Lock 45km - speed 20km/h

We are meeting in front of Colicci cafe at Richmond Park at 09.50 am.

Must have:
- Helmet
- Spare inner tube, tyre levers and pump
- Cash/card
- Nutrition and hydration
