Community First! Village is a 51-acre master planned development organized by Mobile Loaves & Fishes. It provides affordable, permanent housing and a supportive community for men and women coming out of chronic homelessness.
The Community First! Village of Lights is a free holiday event for the public, with lights, music and refreshments, to educate and inspire. Our group will gather and take an informal tour of the village, stroll through the holiday displays, and perhaps stop for food and drink and gift shopping.
Parking is a bit tricky - we will need to park off-site and take a shuttle to the village. Enter the Expo Center parking lot from Decker Lake Road, Gate 3, and proceed until you see the Shuttle Stop.
