Austin AI Fireside Chat: Computational Mediation and Small Data AI

Details
Details
Austin AI is hosting a fireside chat with AI Entrepreneur Ian Clarke to discuss his new projects, Mediator.ai and Renegade.
Mediator.ai uses artificial intelligence and game theory to mediate negotiations and disputes. Mediator is currently Ian’s primary focus and is currently building a prototype aimed at helping companies prioritize product roadmaps.
Renegade:
While today's machine learning is often focused on very large datasets, millions or billions of rows of data, there are situations where we might only have a very small dataset, with tens or hundreds of rows of data.
Renegade takes a radically different approach to algorithms like neural networks and random forests, which are poorly suited to small datasets. He will describe Renegade and how it compares to conventional approaches, with examples.
Ian will discuss his vision, the process to develop these technologies, and lessons learned along the way. Please join us for a very interactive conversation. Drinks and pizza will be served.
Agenda:
6-6:30 -- Networking and refreshments
6:30-7:30 -- Fireside chat, Q&A
7:30-8 -- Networking
