When time permits, everyone has an opportunity to introduce themselves and tell a little about their interests. Often, we have speakers make special presentations. We welcome and invite questions, suggestions and input from all attendees. We are all about networking and education in the world of commercial investment real estate, particularly apartments. Everyone is welcome. Please join us!

This is a weekly lunch meeting. You are expected to buy a buffet meal, choice from a limited menu, OR $10.00 service fee (includes iced tea and water). PLEASE PAY FIRST!
