(E.Aus) Miguel A. Aragon/The Threads that Hold Us

As long as he can remember, his mother would keep her hands busy creating & created many items for him as a child-especially knitting & crochet. She donated many items to Hospital de la Mujer in Juarez, Mx. He has traveled many times to his house to document memories.

This body of work included in this exhibition is created as direct conversation between them. His intention is to create artwork from personal narrative while attempting a universal understanding of mortality & cultural experiences.
