Bootstrapping a Defensive Security process

This is a talk and demonstration on how to build a defensive security process within your organization. This talk is based on work that I've previously done and am currently accomplishing.

The target audience is anyone working in a small or medium sized organization that's looking to build or expand on a security process that involves the whole team.

I'll focus on what we can add to the software delivery process, cloud infrastructure, and general automated precautions, all without breaking the bank.
