ABSTRACT
This Virtual DevDay will take you through the end-to-end setup of a Redshift data warehouse. We’ll start out with click data stored in Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3) and user data stored in MySQL, and end up with a fully-functioning Amazon Redshift warehouse and a materialized view based on data from both systems that updates in near real-time.

SPEAKERS
Sathisan Vannadil, AWS is a Sr. Partner Solutions Architect in Data and Analytics, at AWS. He is a seasoned Solutions Architect and product leader, bringing over 20 years of experience in designing and developing data warehouses, analytics platforms, and AI/ML solutions for diverse businesses. He helps partners build joint solutions using AWS services.

Caius Brindescu, Etleap is an engineer at Etleap with over 3 years of experience in developing ETL software. In addition to development work, he helps customers make the most out of Etleap and Amazon Redshift. He holds a PhD from Oregon State University and one AWS certification (Big Data – Specialty).
