Texas based director Lance Larson's work has been respected by some of the biggest directors (Quentin Tarantino, James Cameron, Ridley Scott....) before his directorial debut with the World Premiere of "Deadland" at SXSW in 2023. Find out the juicy details of an original script everyone in Hollywood has been yearning for, his secrets to getting stellar performances from talent and a strategy that gives him lots of free time on set to be creative and have fun. ALSO, Lance reveals a job in the industry that he says has been the most important training for advanced directing.

ABOUT: AEB was formed by Producer JENNIFER HUTCHINS, who came from Hollywood to Austin for a TV series and stayed. In Austin, she discovered a thriving entertainment business among legendary directors Robert Rodriguez, Richard Linklater, Terrence Malick... Actress/ Actors Renee Zellweger, Matthew McConaughey, Owen Wilson... Now that we are all remote and everywhere, AEB doesn't have barriers and connects us all globally via Zoom events and if you live in Texas you'll get invites to in-person events too.
