Feeling stressed, stuck, or just craving a reset?

Join us for an evening of breathwork designed to help you release tension, calm your mind, and reconnect with yourself and others led by board-certified health coach, meditation teacher, and Owaken-certified trauma-informed breathwork facilitator Aliz Axmann.

This event is designed to help you reconnect with yourself, release what no longer serves you, and step into greater clarity and inner peace.

What to Expect:

Part One: We’ll begin with a guided breathwork journey using specific techniques to help your body access and release unexpressed emotions and energies. This practice supports emotional healing, stress relief, and mental clarity, allowing you to feel lighter and more in tune with yourself.

🧘‍♀️Part Two: Following activation breathwork, I’ll guide you through restorative breathing techniques and gentle visualizations to help you integrate your experience. During this part, I'll offer Reiki to support deep energetic alignment, relaxation, and healing.

💞Community Connection: We’ll close with an optional sharing circle in a safe, compassionate space where you can connect with others, reflect on your experience, and feel fully supported in your journey.

No prior experience is needed. Whether you're completely new to breathwork or have practiced before, you’re welcome to join us! Come as you are and allow yourself to breathe, release, and reconnect in a space of openness and transformation.

How to Prepare

  • Avoid consuming alcohol or any other mind-altering substances 24 hours before the event.
  • Refrain from eating for at least two hours before the event.
  • Arrive well-hydrated.

What to Bring

  • Please bring a mat and a couple of blankets.
  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax fully.
  • Please bring a journal and a water bottle to stay hydrated.
  • Lip balm and an eye mask are optional.
