Hi, I'm Joe Arlt and I'm proud to be your new Organizer!

In my "old life" I worked in Corporate America in Finance and Accounting (I held a CPA license and am a Wharton MBA).

In 1996 I started investing in real estate part time and in October 1997 did my own "Great Resignation" and became a full time investor and real estate agent, and I haven't had a "job" since! I've owned (really owned, not just wholesaled) over 650 houses and am buying new ones every month.

I'll be teaching real estate strategies and other investing topics that have served me well over my career.
