Board Games, Tarrytown Edition

John Gillum branch was booked this month, so we're headed to Tarrytown. Come join us for 4 hours of board gaming, starting at 12:30 at Howson library in Central Austin!

We are a friendly and inclusive group—everyone welcome! NEWBIES WELCOME--we will be happy to teach you to play.

A 12:30 start time for this meetup means we'll have plenty of time to play at least two games each. We might even get in three if we start on time. It also means that we can have a table or two with heavier, more complex games that run long.

See the Comments section below for games I can bring--our members have also brought games like Earth, Mysterium, Ark Nova, Harmonies, Cascadia, Finspan, Camel Up, and Wondrous Creatures. Please comment in this event with any games you'd like to try!

We will meet at the Howson branch of the Austin Public Library, in central Austin off Windsor and MoPac. Plenty of free covered parking, including EV charging stations. Walk in the entrance (on the south side of the library) and the meeting room is in the entry hall, on the right-hand side. We'll start at 12:30pm and play till the library closes (hard stop at 4:45). PS: If you can't make it at 12:30, try showing up around 2ish, when the fastest gamers will be done with their first one and ready to start a second round.
