There is an opportunity to connect with others to explore the intersection of faith and technology.

Who: Developers, Engineers, Entrepreneurs, Investors, Pastors, Missionaries; Basically, anyone interested in seeing the Gospel take root in the tech sector.

The Long Version:

The world around us is quickly changing. People continue to move to Texas because of growing tech and business. 5 of the 15 fastest growing cities in the US are in Texas. The population in the triangle formed between Dallas, San Antonio, and Houston has
doubled in the past 10 years and looks to be on trajectory to do it again!

While Texas’ population is growing, so is the technology sector in Texas. Just this past year in our state Tesla started construction on the Gigafactory, SpaceX began work on another site near Waco, and Wireless electricity continues to advance after it’s
start at an incubator in Central Texas. That’s only the tip of the Iceberg for tech companies and industry moving to our state. Here we are right in the middle of it. We live in the triangle that is formed where all the growth is happening.

History has shown that in moments where large shifts like this happen together, there is an opportunity for God to move. (There’s a reason that Jesus came at the time when the expansion of the Roman Empire led to the creation of roads throughout the known
world.) With this kind of convergence there is an opportunity to develop a community in the technology space who love Jesus, see their practical career gifts as a calling that can bring about kingdom advancement, and learn how to be missionaries to the tech
space. In the next year there will be chapters formed throughout Texas.
