core.logic introduction and Clojure/West recap

Our main topic will be an introduction to core.logic by Norman Richards. He'll cover the basics of core logic and possibly introduce the pldb persistent logic extensions (https://github.com/threatgrid/pldb) he's been working on.

We will also likely to a quick recap of news from Clojure/West (http://clojurewest.org/) and talk about potential topics for upcoming meetings. If you have a topic you would like to present or see presented, please post in the comments. At the meeting we'll try and assign topics for the next few meetings. As a reminder, you do NOT need to be an expert in a topic to present it. If there's something you've been wanting to learn, volunteering to do a talk is great excuse to force yourself to sit down and learn it.
