This space is for anyone who:

  • Feels anxious, overwhelmed, or stretched thin
  • Wants support calming their nervous system
  • Is craving rest, grounding, and presence
  • Is open to using the breath as a tool for relief

We’ll begin with:
• A brief overview of what breathwork is
• How breathwork helps regulate the nervous system and reduce anxiety
• What you can expect during the practice

Then we’ll move into the experience:
• A short, guided relaxation to help you settle in
• A gentle, accessible breathwork practice (all levels welcome)
• A calming closing meditation to integrate and ground

To close:
• Optional time to share your experience or ask questions
• Space to connect, reflect, or simply listen

No prior breathwork experience is needed. Just bring yourself and your breath. This Breathwork can be done sitting up or laying down!
