• Gazpacho (GF, Vegan) - Chilled heirloom tomato soup with summer vegetable escabeche, bursting with fresh, vibrant flavors.
• Roasted Chicken Salad (GF) - Texas pecans, apple, celery, pomegranate seeds, butternut squash, local romaine, and a zesty Texas hot honey dressing.
• Caesar Salad - Local baby romaine, classic Caesar dressing, parmesan, and focaccia croutons for a crisp, crowd-pleasing start.

Second Course (choose one)
Gluten-free bread and vegan cheese available upon request.

• Smoked Turkey Panini - Smoked turkey, hot honey, Lira Rossa brie, apple, caramelized onion, and Sour Duck ciabatta—a sweet and savory delight.
• Pimento BLT - Local heirloom tomatoes, thick-cut bacon, pimento cheese, arugula, herb aioli, and olive oil on Sour Duck sourdough.

No-Show Policy
To keep our events fun and fair, we have a 3-strike no-show policy. Please update your RSVP at least 24 hours before the event to avoid a no-show mark. Three no-shows in 6 months may result in removal from the group, and no-shows for reservation-based events may lead to removal at the organizers’ discretion.
