Monthly Meeting: Measuring Team Performance

The theme for October is "Measuring Team Performance". What measures of performance do you use? Which metrics do you need to track? How do you present performance data to the broader organization? How do your performance measurements inform your project execution? How does AI adoption affect your approach to performance? Join us to share insights with your peers!

Our monthly meeting brings together senior technology leaders in a sales-free environment to share insights, experience, and perspective on issues they face. Participants offer and receive guidance, connect with others with similarly broad responsibilities, and raise their skills to new heights. Join us to take advantage of our growing network of peers!

We meet in person in Austin Texas, and use a simple lean-coffee-style approach. Attendees control the agenda by suggesting topics for discussion and working with others who share the same interest. Bring your topics to the meeting or share them ahead of time to inspire others to attend.

The Club and its events focus on those in senior technical roles. Membership is for senior technology leaders who meet these criteria:

- Hold a senior technical leadership position (title may vary by organization size)
- Manage a team of technical professionals
- Have experience with personnel decisions including hiring and termination
- Maintain client-facing responsibilities as part of their role
