Conscious Cuddle Workshop

Details

Join us for a special cuddle party workshop at Flow Yoga! We'll practice attuning to our bodies, asking for what we want, setting boundaries, and giving/receiving touch in a safe, respectful, and platonic space.

Workshop cost is $35. Please register on Eventbrite using this link: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/836137338287?aff=oddtdtcreator

Use promo code CUDDLE24 for an additional $5 off

If you love head scratches, back rubs, comforting caresses, and connecting with others, then this workshop is for you! Whether you're an experienced cuddler or have never done anything like this, you'll experience the joy and relaxation of caring physical contact.

Physical touch is intimate, vulnerable, healing, and transformative. By giving/receiving care and attention through touch and cuddling, we can release stuck tension and experience a rush of serotonin, dopamine and oxytocin. In other words, it feels good and it's good for us!

During this workshop, an experienced facilitator will lead the group through a series of exercises designed to create intimate, non-sexual connection between participants. This will be followed by 45 minutes of free cuddling, with explicit boundaries in place.

If you would like to attend but the event is cost prohibitive for you, please message me about scholarship options.

FAQ

What should I wear to the workshop?
Loungewear, sweatpants, pajamas, yoga pants, and other comfortable clothing are all acceptable. Please wear a minimum of shorts and a tank top.

What if I become aroused during the workshop?
This is a platonic, non-sexual space but arousal is a natural bodily response that sometimes happens. We ask that participants not puruse a state of arousal or act upon it. If your own state of arousal becomes distracting or uncomfortable for you or another participant, you can always take a break and rejoin the group at a later time.

What if I don't want to cuddle with someone or they don't want to cuddle with me?
"No" is a perfectly acceptable answer within the cuddle space, no questions asked. Every participant is within their right to turn down a cuddle request and we encourage participants to receive a "no" as a gift and move on respectfully.

Is this a singles event?
This workshop is for everyone. It is a platonic space focused on connection, relaxation, and healing. You are welcome to attend alone or with a friend(s) or partner(s).
