Conscious Cuddle Workshop!

Details
We're back for another cuddle workshop + cuddle party!
Event details and registration is here: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/989045711347?aff=oddtdtcreator
In this guided workshop, we will connect deeper with our bodies, practice consent and communication around touch, and explore giving/receiving platonic touch in a safe and respectful space.
Whether you're an experienced cuddler or have never done anything like this, you'll experience the amazing physical and mental health benefits of sharing close contact with a group of open-hearted people.
*LOCATION: This workshop will be held in a private residence, and the address will be shared upon registration.
What Will Happen at the Workshop?
All participants will be empowered to participate at the level that feels comfortable to them.
We will start with a moment of mindfulness to become present with our bodies and internal experience, followed by a guided exercise to set a foundation of consent and clear communication. In this warm and welcoming atmosphere, you'll discover the gentle art of expressing your desires and setting boundaries. We'll guide you on how to gracefully ask for a cuddle, make specific requests, and confidently say "no" if something doesn't quite suit you.
We continue the workshop with a few more facilitated touch-based activities, and end with open cuddle time, where you will have the opportunity to practice your new skills and continue connecting with others.
Who Can Attend?
This event is designed for adults aged 18 and above. It is a platonic space focused on connection, relaxation, and healing. You are welcome to attend alone or with a friend(s) or partner(s).
**If you would like to attend, but the event is cost-prohibitive, please contact the organizer for scholarship options.**
What Will the Vibe be Like?
The vibes for this workshop will be cozy, relaxed, welcoming, and low pressure. Expect to feel cared for, positive, meditative, inspired, happy, and at peace.
What if I Don’t Want to Cuddle with Someone?
In the cuddle space, "no" is a perfectly acceptable response, no questions asked. Embrace it as a gift, and always move on respectfully. Mutual comfort is our top priority.
What if I Get Turned On?
In this platonic, non-sexual space, arousal can be a natural response. While it's perfectly normal, we kindly ask participants not to pursue or act upon it. If it becomes distracting or uncomfortable for you or others, take a break and rejoin at your convenience.
Rules of a Cuddle Party:

- Say "no" to anything that doesn't resonate with you.
