Austin Drupal Meetup (March 2025)

Join 20+ of your new best Drupal friends for an Austin Drupal Users Group in-person meetup.

Once again, we'll be meeting at the offices of our gracious hosts, Material+.

And, yet again, BigTuna Interactive will be providing food and drinks.

Agenda:

5:00pm - Coworking/collaboration/contribution time

Come work on whatever, socialize, or just stare into space in a dimly lit conference room; the choice is yours!

At a minimum, JD will provide opportunities to contribute to the Member Platform project.

Want to offer another contribution opportunity? Reach out to an organizer so we can help promote it.

Please don't arrive before 5pm as the offices will be humming with activity.

5:45pm - Food and drinks available

Pizza and drinks will be provided courtesy of BigTuna Interactive.

We always provide vegetarian and vegan options. Please reach out to an organizer ASAP if you have a specific dietary need (e.g. gluten intolerance) and we'll do our best to accommodate.

6:15pm - Introductions (try to arrive before 6!)

6:30pm - Lightning Talks / Discussions

This month we'll build on the success of last month's unconference style discussion format. Write the topic you'd like to present or discuss with others on the easel and we'll take it from there. Max 10 minutes per topic so there's sure to be variety and something of interest.

Whether you're an experienced Drupaler or are interested in learning more, this event is perfect for you!

Come meet someone new in our friendly, informal, inclusive, and welcoming community; you never know where it might lead.

There is ample parking accessible from MLK Jr. Blvd. (ignore the pay parking QR codes) and the venue is located by a #5 bus stop.

The building entrance (off the parking lot) will be locked. Please send a message in "Texas Drupal" Slack workspace (invitation link)'s #austin channel (preferred!) or if necessary call 832-282-9214 (texts aren't always seen promptly) and someone will let you in.
