Come learn to fly & meet new friends! Acroyoga classes are a great way to get moving, have fun & connect with people. Join Empowered Acro on Monday, Sept 5 (Labor Day) for a free beginner acro class. Learn how to base, fly, & spot fundamental poses. Arrive solo or with friends, we will practice in groups of 3-4 people.
