Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, you'll find like-minded individuals to workout with and improve your skills. Our meetups focus on a variety of martial arts styles, including Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Taekwondo. Come sweat it out in the fresh air, challenge yourself, and sharpen your technique in a fun and supportive environment. Let's kick, punch, and grapple our way to better health and fitness together! Instructor is 60+ so it should be easy to keep up. Let's just have fun and work on our health together.
