GirlStart Girls in STEM conference will be April 5 at Connally High School (13212 N Lamar Blvd | Austin, TX 78753). FYI: This event requires a background check run by the GirlStart conference organizers (Please fill out the RSVP Form to Volunteer by March 23rd).

Volunteer with SWIGGIS to lead 4th & 5th grade girls as they dive into three fun, hands-on geography activities.
Workshop: Navigate Geography - Find WHERE it’s at!
Layer your World: Use Geographic Information System (GIS) concepts to choose the location of your new city park.
Find your Way: Use navigation techniques and cardinal direction to plan routes for emergency use.
Search your Data: Play a game to learn how to query databases.
