Step into a sanctuary of deep restoration as we navigate the reflective waters of the March Mercury Retrograde. On March 12th, we invite you to move beyond the mental "fog" and drop into the profound wisdom of your heart.
Our journey begins with a sacred Cacao Ceremony prepared with nut-milk. Alice will lead us through the session, sharing the unique benefits and energetic properties of cacao as a heart-opening plant medicine. Together, we will bless and sip the cacao before transitioning into a series of gentle movements designed to open the body and spirit.
We will follow with restorative vibrations of the sound bowls and Reiki energy. Each will receive the light touch healing energy while being bathed in the resonance of the soothing sounds.
Together, these modalities work in harmony to clear stagnant energy, harmonize your chakras, and create space for the insights revealed during the recent Blood Moon Eclipse to fully integrate. Come as you are, and leave with a renewed sense of peace, clarity, and heart-centered connection.
